Im just wondering why i should buy this over a normal 2 dollar chainsaw file? Also saw files usually wear out after just a few sharpens, so how many sharpens could someone get out of this diamond round file? I cut trees professionally, and iv recently got into knife sharpening and came across these and im trying to figure out what the advantage to these would be? Do they leave a sharper edge on a saw tooth? If i cut through a nail or hit a rock, and my chain tooth is completely bent over, is this diamond file gonna wear out from sharpening it like a normal saw file does?
